Acceptance of Terms
The following are the Terms and conditions for Gastronomics.ie (“Agreement”.). In using the Gastronomics.ie (“Gastronomics.ie”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, www.Gastronomics.ie, you are agreeing to abide by the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. If you breach any of the conditions of this Agreement and we take no action, we reserve the right to use our rights and remedies in any other situation in which you contravene these conditions

5. Advertising
Gastronomics.ie does not accept responsibility nor a duty of care for the any correspondence or commercial transactions with any of the advertisers accessible through the website. You acknowledge and agree that Gastronomics.ie shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort due to any dealings with advertisers or as the result of the hosting of such advertisers on the website.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement and the relationship between Gastronomics.ie and you are to be construed in accordance with Irish law. Any dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish legal system.
